Patricia
Bramhall is a thought leader and widely recognized expert in the
field of IT Service Management (ITSM). She is certified in Information
Technology Implementation Library (ITIL), and has a stellar record
of achieving project objectives and deliverables on time and below
cost, with budgets of up to $120 million under her management. Much
of this success can be credited to an exceptional managerial approach
that embraces the skills and talents of others and encourages the
achievement of clearly delineated goals through cooperation.
Ms. Bramhall works closely with each client to develop a specific
strategy. She then brings on board the best and brightest to assist
her in implementing change.
